Typographical Errors
In the event that a Seaton, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Seaton, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Seaton, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Seaton, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Seaton, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. Return Policy
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or refund.
Sale merchandise is final sale.

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.



Return or exchange an SeatonSurf.com purchase by mail


1. Please include your packing slip and return form.
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of
the form.
3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited or you will receive an SeatonSurf Gift Card, depending on how the items were originally purchased.

5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. ShopDivine.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Return status
Returns mailed to SEATONSURF.COM may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. For returns on items originally purchased with a SEATONSURF.COM Gift Card, please allow two to three weeks for processing after you mail the package to receive your new SEATONSURF.COM Gift Card.
